The all electric heat in my moms house stopped working. Brad came out and diagnosed 2 bad relays but didn't have parts. I picked up the parts at a nearby Manufactured home supply store and replaced them. $89 labor + $200 parts. This is where it takes a twist. I could not be more pleased with the service o received from One Call Away Heating and Cooling. My AC went out after hours on July 3rd. I made a phone call that was answered promptly, and at 8:00 AM on July 4th work was started on a broken unit. By 10:00 our AC was working full strength and our holiday weekend was saved. One Call Away did a beautiful job on my new AC install! They were on time, efficient, respectful, and cleaned up all their debris (honestly, they left the workspace cleaner than they found it). They ensured everything was done up to code and fixed some of the previous homeowners questionable HVAC decisions. They did not leave until I said I was happy and they had checked that everything was working as it should. I will definitely be calling them next time I need service!
