Charles and the guys here are awesome had my condensor fan go out over the weekend and they helped me out by selling me the part, their on call technician scott was knowledgeable with questions i had about the universal motor. I really appreciate everything.
Good work, polite technician.... charged an extra $106 travel fee, after the work was completed. First time ive ever had a service charge me for driving from Moberly to Macon, especially when he said he had other jobs on the area. NEVER AGAIN!
They charged me for the wrong service, refuse to do the right service and the lady yelled at me on the phone and went back and forth for 20 minutes saying absolutely nothing. I’ll never use them again.
