The team of professionals from Smith Heating and Air who replaced my HVAC system were clear in their communication, competent, respectful of my home, and very timely in their response. They are skilled, efficient, and offer a very fair price for services rendered (I shopped for diagnostics and quotes from multiple vendors). I will gladly continue to contract with this company for maintenance on my new system in the years to come.
Called on Friday, told them it was not an emergency, that I had back up heat, but that there was something wrong with my HVAC system. I was told I would be seen on following Monday and given a time. (I did not ask them to come sooner it was not an emergency) Trevor arrived said he Had pretty good ideal what the problem was just from hearing it (mice). Fixed the problem and now my system is working again!!
Trevor and his team were great to work with. They worked quickly, took great care of our home, and left without a trace that they’d been there. And their pricing on a Trane heat pump was very fair.
Very friendly staff, knowledgeable technicians, always show up at promised time. I have used Smith heating and air multiple times and always been very happy with their services. Their pricing is very fair in today's market. I would definitely recommend them for anyone's heating and air needs.
