I was looking for a way to heat/cool my basement and called Smith Heating & Air. A representative from the company stopped by and provided me with a few different options. The representative was extremely knowledgeable about the products offered and I decided to install a mini split HVAC. They were able to fit me into their schedule in short order and the personnel who installed the unit were very professional and neat. The new system works great and I would highly recommend Smith Heating & Air.
We were very pleased with the service we received! They came out later one evening on one of the coldest nights we had to work on our furnace! We were smelling a horrible odor, turns out the fan motor was bad and was pretty hot! They were able to replace the motor that night due to having the part at their shop. We had heat again within the hour! Thank you all so much! We would definitely recommend Smith Heating and Air to anyone in need of that type of service! The Hyltons
