Answered call and responded quickly. Called to ask if could come early. Came within a couple hrs of AC not working call. Excellent customer service. Gentleman was polite, friendly, fast and acknowledgeable! Had part we needed on truck and had us back up and running in no time. Made great suggestions to help prevent future issues. They do good work and are easy to work with, the only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that the pre-job communication was spotty. I didn't hear anything for a month and when I finally called about when our unit could get replaced they asked to come 2 days later; which was nice, just would have appreciated more communication without me having to hunt it down. But I would pass their name around as a good company.
We had Smiths install the ductless units in our home and I am just blown away! There is no blowing air or drafts, zero noise, and the house is so cool and comfortable all the time. It’s the only way to go! And Smiths got the job done quickly for a great price. The techs that installed were professional and very nice. I’m impressed and so very happy with this companies work and will be using them for all my heating and AC jobs in the future.
