This company was a subcontractor. They were hired to do a refinish of a stairway in our home. We had multiple issues with them getting the stairs complete. Took way to long to get our side step returned. After work was completed we noticed a notch missing on the top of the stairway. We have reached out to them with no avail. No return calls nothing. Very unprofessional. Finally we had another person complete their work.
Smith Hardware put in hardwood flooring in our living room, dining room, and part of our sun porch, and it looks great! Even with the winter storms, they finished a day ahead of when they said they would. All of their staff were courteous and hard working. We knew upfront exactly what our cost would be, and that never varied. Highly recommend!
I trust no one else but Smith when it comes to refinishing my 95-year old oak floors. They do an AMAZING job, are professional and courteous. They leave no mess behind. Highly recommend!!
