I had these guys install a mirror to a very large frame and they went above and beyond with the installation and ill definitely be back!!
I've gone in on 3 separate occasions and every time the front desk girl acts so annoyed with any questions I ask. The first time I went in there, I thought maybe she was just having a bad day but after the 2nd and 3rd times of being in there (we were building a house and needed to look at different hardware/bathroom fixtures throughout the process) and her being rude and short with me, it is clear that is her everyday demeanor. She needs to have better customer service as it is a poor reflection on this company.
I have worked with Smith Hardware and Glass for almost more than 8 years, and I have to say that they are the best of the best. I have trusted them with some of our most significant projects, and they have always met our expectation and the dreams of our clients. Their ability to solve problems, manage people, organize suppliers, and interpret design visions and dreams is unlike anyone else we have worked with. I would recommend them to anyone.
