Brought my car in for diagnosis. Being a saturn, the last few parts to attempt to repair it cost more than what I paid for the car. Mark and crew went out of their way to put me in touch with one of their customers that had a car for sale. Everything has worked out great. Highly recommend Smiths. Any future repairs I may need, I will bring here, if for some reason im not able to do them myself.
Honest and fair mechanic. Those are hard to come by these days
Mark was incredibly helpful with our Budget rental. He worked with us to help get us what we needed for our move. He was knowledgeable and very kind. Absolutely recommend this place!
Tire low warning light was on. I checked air pressure of tires and left rear tire was reading 28#. I took my 2021 Subaru crosstrek to Goodyear. The person at the front asked how they could help me, I said my Subaru Crosstrek has a nail or screw in the left rear tire. A guy (mechanic) took my car to the bay and 15 minutes later the woman at the front dest said my car was done. They patched it. I paid the $28 or so, she handed me my receipt. I will start off by saying that the receptionist and who I believe is the manager, Mark, are very friendly, and that’s the reason I’m giving 3 stars. I’ve brought my car here twice now. The first time we went, I explained that we were getting ready to go on a long trip, and I wanted to make sure everything looked good before we left. I also told them I needed an alignment, an oil change, and my windshield wiper pump wasn’t working.
