We've used Smith & Goodwin for almost a decade now and they've always been reliable and over delivered. They service our home boiler and gas fire annually, quickly carry out any necessary repairs when we call them, and even upgraded our prehistoric heating system one year with a full new gas boiler installation. Really friendly to top it off.
I am a Landlord my review of Smith & Goodwin. My advice is not to use this firm. They fitted and supplied an Ideal Logic boiler for me. It started continually losing pressure. Instead of fixing the problem when I called them out they didnt fix it, instead they showed the tenant how to overide the problem which I was unaware of. They fitted a programmer which according to the tenant she had no problem with at the time.
