My wife and I are both so pleased with the results of our exterior home improvement project recently completed by Smith and Gibbs. The project included new windows, siding, trim, insulation, and storm doors. Dana and Tyler were great to work with. I can't say enough good things about the work done by Tyler, Dana, and the crew. They designed and custom built a breakfast nook in our kitchen that exceeded our expectations. Not only are they talented craftsman but they are considerate, smart, professional, and overall great guys. Showed up every day during the project with no stops and starts; excellent communication throughout; kept the site clean; in budget and on time!
Absolutely rock solid team! We’re thrilled with Dana (Smith) & Tyler (Gibbs) who built our brand new elevated deck. They were faced with the challenge of moving our existing entry door up ½ a story in order to build a new deck and bring it level to the 1st floor of our home. This entailed removing the existing door and cutting out a new higher doorway into the back of the house, and building a staircase and small deck platform inside our garage in order to access the new (higher) door. We did a renovation of two bathroom and a bedroom and the process was smooth and the results were excellent. Good communication, reasonable prices, and they have good contacts with other trades.
Dana and Tyler were fantastic to work with and had some great ideas. I particularly appreciated their engagement through to the very end of the project. I've had other experiences where I never heard back from the contractor once I made the final payment. These guys have been very responsive and always follow up to make sure everything was done to our satisfaction. I would highly recommend them to my friends.
