Wayne Smith is the face of Smith Hardwood Flooring. We needed our dining room & living room floors refinished, we also wanted to redo our kitchen floor with wood as well. Wayne had a wonderful suggestion to use Brazilian cherrywood to compliment the original red oak. Just prior to when the work was to begin we were pulling up the carpeting from the dining room & we found only sub flooring. Great work. Good price. Timely service.
Very poor customer service. We had called them and Mark visited us for an estimate and he gave us a written estimate and recommended 2 flooring companies for the wood purchase. We did not find much options in those stores and found a wood we liked in another wholesale flooring company. We called them back after a month when we were ready to start the project and enquired if there was any room for negotiation.
