The owner is over charging all tenants for water and sewer charges. It's wrong on so many levels.
Smith farm Estates is professionally run and a wonderful place to live (We live in Unit 5 and have since October, 2010.) The owner always provides high standards for her clients homeowners. The manager, Ian Chapman, is conscientious, professional, available and approachable for the client homeowners. This is a clean and safe place to live!
