Ewa Ciamillo, Tucker I recently boarded my 3 dogs twice within a week at the Smith Farms Kennel. The second time I went, my GSD couldn't wait to get inside. Even my older space shy dog was very relaxed. Darrel was very open about how they have to handle one of my dogs(the older space shy) . Even though they have their policies, he accommodated all 3 of them in a stress-free manner. And my other 2 dogs had their social time with other dogs. I greatly appreciate it! PLEASE NOTE: On Thursday May 2nd, I dropped off my Bichon Frise who was clean. When I picked her up on Thursday, a lady asked me if I wanted a towel. I didn't know what she was referring to until my dog turned around and I noticed that she had dog poop on her behind. I said could you at least get me some paper to wiped her. She went inside to get something. When she returned I started wiping the poop off. As I was complaining she said I don't understand and that the next time I can request a bath.
