Recommendedwhen they were in the old building.Mr Smith would ship my sausage bacon.to Ft Worth,Tx. I loved it then.I live back in Cullman now.The last time i bought it was the week before Thanksgiving.It was a little over smoked.I preferred it in 2# cloth bags with less smoke.I am very happy that you have Hickory farms.I love thier Summer sausage.And cheeses I will be out there soon to get some.
