I recently went to a new patient appointment and was already informed over the phone that there wouldnt be a cleaning done which I was not expecting since I was a new patient. As soon as I walked in the office it wasnt too welcoming. I automatically assumed my skin color but I would think we were all adults here that wouldn’t be the case.
