Well, Roy started out great and did some good work with my water drainage issue. Still need more work done and he told me to call him when the dirt is dry enough to work with. I've been trying to reach him for over 2 weeks now...left a few voicemails and sent 3 or 4 text messages...no response whatsoever. Honestly...I really liked him and didn't expect this at all. I mean, just tell me if you can't or don't want to do the job, but don't leave me hanging. Anyway, he does good work if you can get him to respond.
