DO NOT USE, BUYER BEWARE! Asked for a covered patio and got a lot of disappointment. Mistakes made, corrections not written in contract. Favors promised, shoddy work. 2 month job took 8. Garage ceiling is NON fire code. Owner Steve is an arrogant money man who referenced the contract over & over when he knows what happened. Biggest home reno mistake of my life.
Not sure how I could be any happier with Smith Development, but also specifically with Brian Lovette for his work managing my project. From the moment we connected, he treated my project like it was his top priority. With great respect to my timeline and budget, he was punctual/clear with all communication, and made sure everything was executed. Couldn’t be more grateful to have had someone like him leading my project!
My client purchased a new home from Smith Construction, and we both were impressed with the quality of the build. In addition, the attention to detail was phenomenal! I highly recommend this builder! We met Mr. Smith personally, and he truly cares about each home that he builds/sells!
