I am not a patient but was looking for reviews before scheduling an appointment. I was appalled at the fact that on some of the reviews, ones that have the patients first and last name, your doctor chose to give a verbal breakdown of their personal dental information on this review page. That is a blatant hippa violation. She told everyone here her personal health information. Wow is all I can say.

I’m usually not a complainer but I would not recommend this dentist to my worst enemy. Very unprofessional and had a hard time even getting someone to answer the phone. Dr. Smith doesn’t have any staff help other than an occasional front desk person. Had a hard time getting a call back on information. And actually never got a call I had to keep calling until weeks later I finally got someone on the phone. She seems like a nice lady just not a professional business owner.
