I called many firms and decided on Mrs Smith firm despite not so desirable reviews online because we like that when we spoke to her she sounded very knowledgeable and confident which us more than anything what we were seeking. I did personally like our paralegal Amanda because I do feel that she listened when we had a question and needed things done, it’s just that it is difficult to sometimes get intouch with her because of her busy schedule which I’m sure is not entire in her control. Debra helped my family in more ways than one. She was an aggressive legal representation in court for my mom's divorce. She addressed all of our questions/concerns and the some. She made time for us and really made us feel important and not just like another case like most attorneys do. Communication was great and her office staff was amazing. I couldn't have asked for more!
When I was going through my divorce, I went to see Ms. Smith. She was an answer to my prayers. She could totally relate to my situation and not only handled my case professionally, but she gave me good advise on situation. She wrote the book called "Had Enough" and it is about people that are in Domestic Violence relationships. So far it's one of the best books I've read so far. Ms. Smith had great communication with me during the entire process and her office staff was amazing!
