I visited the Dairy Queen at 2323 Texas Avenue in College Station and was disappointed by both the customer service and product quality. The employee at the drive-thru did not greet me, stated the total without eye contact, and seemed distracted while I was trying to pay. I ordered a large hot fudge sundae, but it had very little fudge. The Dairy Queen in Weimar is absolutely the worst DQ I have ever been to They are completely understaffed with no training. It is common knowledge around here that this store is horrible, slow service, wrong orders, bad food quality etc. we all know that corporate is responsible for this! Shame on you!!!
Unreal service Sunday night Oct 22,2023 Ordered steak fingers and chicken strips only to find out after paying No Gravy to be followed by conversation that they had just enough to include in with my order so I was very pleased AND then when I Rex’s order I ask once again I did get the gravy right. Response was then by employee Oh yes ma’am we took care of you! So got home , starving by the way!
