We bought a house where Nolan had previously done work. (See Holly W.’s review) We could see that the work he had done was done very well so we decided to have him do some work on the house after we bought it last year as well. Ugh, the owner is very rude and it does not know how I have customer service and doesn't know how to speak to customers very well who have simple questions. It has been a few months since completion of our project Smith Custom Tile & Construction. The project consisted of complete remodel of kitchen and master bath, along with den upgrade that included the removal of a fireplace and wall. Nolan and his team did an exceptional job, in both workmanship and guiding us through the various decisions that were needed.
