We got a furnace and air conditioner installed 5 years ago paid cash. Spire had to come out and fix a gas leak same night they installed it. They called us with promise to come out inspect it yeah that never happened and when our furnace broke down 1 week ago we called it's under warranty and they said they don't have any records of us and when we said we have receipt with warranty they said nothing and refused to come out and hung up on us. *FAULTY WORK-- LEFT HOME IN PIECES* Contractor had them install new AC/Heater and pump in newly built home in November 2024. So many issues: 1) installed without checking the line 2) Huge radon leak which caused our first electric bill to be over $1,000. 3) When they came out to test and find the air in the line- dragged mud all over new carpet from their boots 4) Dec 6th- found leak (promised to fix bc it was not installed correctly) and cut huge holes in drywall.
