These are my guys.
They were amazing. No extra padded fees, no haggling....a straight transaction. Honest and reliable. I cant say enough great things about them. I called on a Saturday and they were at my home within 2 hours.
I live in Bergen County. worked with 4 other plumbing companies between rockland and Bergen Counties. Smith was the 5th. I guess 5th time was the charm because the work Matt and his men did on short notice was exceptional. Smith will be my go to going forward. 5th time gets 5 stars.
We have been using them for about six years and they are the best. Reasonable prices and very nice folks.
I called Smith for a gas boiler issue, it was not firing up consistently. The russian plumber came and looked at the boiler for a minute then stated we needed a new boiler. When I asked him why, he said the boiler is old. I asked him what's causing the problem, and he stated the heat exchanger is clogged. I asked why not clean it? He said it's $1500 to clean it.
