The company was great when we started few years ago. Apparently, they let go best of their talent earlier this year and replaced them with incompetent seat fillers lacking simple organization and customer management skills. When reached out with request to cancel our home and auto policies, Matt, agent assisting us with the process, forgot to cancel it on their end resulting in confusion and funds delay for the mortgage lender. Absolutely the worst! Took over a month to cancel. We thought the money had been put back into our escrow, but it hasn't! Cancelled in October of 2018 and here it is June. I guess we'll have to contact DIFS to do an investigation.
