A while ago we hired Mike and Dawn for a small decking project. They had done such a beautiful job and were so easy to work with that we knew we’d hire them again. Recently, Mike and Dawn did another incredible job extending our deck, screening in our porch and completing our entire unfinished basement. Smith and Company installed 2 porches on my home, one of which was screened in. They were fair priced, (as I had 3 estimates), timely, and did outstanding work. Everything was squared up to the home, boards were cut flush and even, and screening was taught. I could tell they took pride in their work. I highly recommend this company. Corey

Not a great first impression, I called to make a an appointment for an estimate, they didn't want to come out to look at the property or existing structure. They just quoted me over phonebsoley based on square footage. The person I spoke to was less than pleasant, and told me I could get other estimates from other companies and call back and tell her what they quoted me. Weird interaction, I'm quite sure we'll be going another direction.
