Smith and Company installed 2 porches on my home, one of which was screened in. They were fair priced, (as I had 3 estimates), timely, and did outstanding work. Everything was squared up to the home, boards were cut flush and even, and screening was taught. I could tell they took pride in their work. I highly recommend this company. Corey

Not a great first impression, I called to make a an appointment for an estimate, they didn't want to come out to look at the property or existing structure. They just quoted me over phonebsoley based on square footage. The person I spoke to was less than pleasant, and told me I could get other estimates from other companies and call back and tell her what they quoted me. Weird interaction, I'm quite sure we'll be going another direction.

Dawn and Michael were easy to work with, and have a skilled and professional team. This was my first ever remodel, my kitchen. I had lots of questions, and occasionally changed my mind on small design details. Dawn answered all my questions and put me at ease throughout the process. And the results were better than I imagined. My before, dysfuntional 1960s kitchen, was completely transformed into an elegantly beautiful feature of my home. I am so happy! Dawn and Michael were fantastic to work with. They rebuilt the rotting deck on our new home and it looks amazing. So easy to communicate with and their pricing is more than fair for the high quality of work. We will be calling them for all home remodeling/repair work in the future!

Mike and Dawn are the best. Mike has an outstanding crew that are highly skilled, professional, and polite. Within days of contacting them they were at our house starting the job. Mike and his crew are hard working and they got the job done quickly. Dawn was an absolute pleasure to work with. The entire experience was great and we plan to use Smith & Co. for all our future projects. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone needing their services.
