Smith & Company repair my heating unit. Their customer service is top notch. I was in good hands through the whole process. A big thanks to my service tech Michael who was super wonderful, pleasant, and patient in fixing my unit. To Hannah a true Rockstar for handling my claim and dealing with my home warranty company. I cannot thank you all enough. I'm so grateful .

Absolutely 💯 marvelous company ✨️ we struggled before with air conditioning heating unit that another contractor installed...but this company is amazing 👏 attention to details...great customer service and technitian Austin was so awesome fixing the problems caused by another company. Awesome job really everything done correctly and meets all the codes. I absolutely recommend this company 👌
Don’t waste your time & money, use them… Our technician, Mark was amazing, properly diagnosing and finding a temporary solution to our broken furnace (in January!) within 30 minutes. He ordered the part and returned 48 hours later to install it. God Bless Him! P.S. The other company couldn’t even find the parts 🙄.
I'm very happy with my hydronic HVAC replacement done by Smith& Co. Hydronic doesn't seem to be done by a lot of companies, and I was being either turned away or ghosted by the many I reached out to. I eventually asked Smith & Co, despite being far out of their stated service area. They offered me either a photo estimate or to have a service technician sent out with a service fee ( due to the long distance).
