Last week, a company was hired to assess a hot water heater outage by my property management company. They visited the home and assessed an internal leak, warranting complete replacement alongside $600-$1000 of work on top of the over $3k it would to cost to replace. They gave no option to repair the hot water heater. Since the unit was only 6 years old, I requested a second opinion from Smith and Company HVAC. Smith came out and fixed the unit for 100’s of dollars, not thousands. Thanks Smith!

Everyone at Smith & Co — from the office to the field — did an amazing job for us. From diagnosing the reason we had no heat, to finding the right part — locally, on a Friday so we had heat for the weekend — to installing and testing things, this was a terrific team effort. We woke up this morning and it was 48 degrees inside the house. We haven’t yet had lunch and, thanks to Smith & Co., it is already up to 64 degrees. We’re very thankful.
