Due to a power surge in Baltimore due to a storm our mini splits (2) were damaged. Hannah(general manager) worked with us diligently to get parts, etc to repair. She worked thru our home warranty co (who were of little to no help) to get the much needed parts. HW company said it would take 3 months to replace the parts and Hannah (Smith and Co) went to bat for us and got them within a matter of weeks. First-time customer, now long-time customer. They didn't flinch when I mentioned our dual-zone geothermal system which three other companies declined to even consider looking at to resolve our issue. The communications with the company are fantastic. Plenty of texts and emails keeping me up-to-date. Mark, the tech, was right on time, friendly, and explained the issue with our AC in detail. He was able to fix it immediately. I didn't even have time to make him a cup of coffee!
Fantastic, great work, done very timely, was explained every step of the way. I would recommend them unequivocally to family and friends. Could not have been happier!
