I’ve been on the same medication for 3 years now. I’ve never had an issue getting a 3 month refill for this medication as I need to take it DAILY, and going to the clinic once a month for a refill when you work full time isn’t easy. But for some reason Dr Kelley “wasn’t comfortable” filling my medication (for the second time now) and was hesitant on even giving me a month. This is a very well managed building inside the Duggan mall with some great doctors and AHS programs to support community health. Most of the staff is very courteous and helpful. There is also an X-ray/Imaging centre and audiology clinic within this building. They have a plenty of seating and big washrooms. They have some great doctors in the building.
Dr. Els & his staff are outstanding! I never feel rushed, he is so easy to talk to even with difficult topics. Very knowledgeable & thorough!
After seeing the same doctor for about 20 years I felt the need to find a new doctor. I started seeing Dr Abdullah just over a year ago. I like that he is not quick to prescribe another pill for everything. He takes the time to check me out and have necessary tests done in order to get a proper diagnosis and then makes an informed decision on treatment. I find him thorough and attentive
Excellent clinic. Everyone is so professional, so knowledgeable, so thorough, so friendly. I did not think we had such an awesome, safe place to go for medical aid in Alberta…the rogue province. Thank you to ALL at the Smith Clinic.
