Let me start by saying the quality of care is not the issue. The issue is the billing staff. I've been a customer for over 15 years here, and this past year they didn't bill to my new insurance. Unfortunately for me I didn't find out for a whole year due to their lack of communication and by that point it was too late to have the insurance look at the claims again. A friend of mine who is actually also a friend referred me to Dr Smith…. He is by far the best! I wouldn’t have it no other way besides in his chair! His patience is unmatched and his knowledge is too! Thank you so much!

Got a bill from these people and I haven't been a client in 9 years. I called every day for a week, left a message, never got a call back. When I did finally reach someone they were quite rude and needlessly confrontational. I would highly suggest avoiding this place unless you like receiving mystery bills, that would be nearly impossible to dispute... almost a decade later
