These people are scammers, took the money , no work, no report, as asked for .They should be shut down. Criminal!
These people are clearly running a scam service … they under quote online and don’t arrive when booked so there are no options but paying more when they finally do show up … avoid this company.
I wish I read the reviews before booking with Smith Cleaning Services. They did not show up for the original booking time/date. I rescheduled for the following week. An original quote of $170 changed to $399 on arrival! I did not follow through with the service and instead arrange for my carpets to be steam cleaned by ACT Bond Cleaners who came on the day I called, did a fabulous job for a reasonable price and were friendly. Don't waste your time with Smith Cleaning Services!
Smith’s cleaning agreed to arrive at 1pm on a Wed. They never showed up. Two of their listed phone numbers are disconnected. When I finally spoke w/ someone, they did not apologise and could not organise a rescheduled time. I was then contacted from another mobile number via text. Which confirmed 11am the next day. 1045 on Thur (the next day): a text message come through saying they aren’t coming. Why waste customers time? This is not a business. It’s a joke. Don’t bother.
I would usually not put public reviews. But i wish i had read the reviews before using them. Do your research and don't get ripped off.
