They do not plate pot metal!
Can't get anyone to answer been trying for three days
We sent an air cleaner for chrome plating and it was returned in unacceptable workmanship. It was dropped and dented; Andre informed us that there was no way to perform the work which we asked JRSmith to do. To make it worse it was filthy when it was returned and the chrome looked TERRIBLE! Do not use this company! To make matters worse, their website says "Customer Driven since 1926." Well, to date, I haven't heard from their Customer Service but Andre said, "too bad you already paid for it."
Very Excellent... I was very satisfied with my parts when they got done they was like BRAND NEW. THANKS to AUNDRA BROOKS he was very courteous and nice. I would recommend anyone to Mr. Aundra Brooks.
