I have been seeing Dr. Smith for close to a decade. He listens well and is thoughtful about his recommendations. He practices evidence-based medicine, explains the science in lay terms, and will point you to the research if you are interested. He also has a fine bedside manner. He's a very good doctor.

Physician himself reasonable enough in the office, but will not be the least bit inconvenienced. Rude nurse, dishonest staff and management. Top heavy, inflexible administration. Not service-oriented.

He is a fine doctor, however, some of the worst staff I have ever encountered. When scheduling appointments expect to be treated like you are inconveniencing the front desk people and when you are waiting to get in, expect to hear the front desk ladies gossiping about patients.

I was looking for someone to see for postpartum care, and I was very impressed with Dr.Smith. He spent nearly an hour with me during my appointment, making sure to talk with me about everything I had concerns and questions about. I never once felt rushed. I would say he is a straight forward and knowledgeable man. I appreciate the time he took with me because I don't see that level of care in all doctors. After being quite disappointed with some physicians in Missoula, I would recommend him.

Extremely straightforward and very knowledgeable. More likely to prescribe common sense than drugs.
