I was referred to Ryan by another legal professional so I had confidence he could help me with my case. I needed a legal easement to my property and was ready to start the case as soon as possible. This attorney Ryan was awesome. He helped me figure out my options and directed me in the path to take regarding a legal issue I'm having. He didn't charge me anything for the initial consult and spent at least a hour figuring things out for me. Also the services he offered were reasonably priced. I appreciate his help and recommend him to anyone with these kinds of legal matters. Thanks Ryan and Shannon for your help.

Atty. Carrigan helped me with my deed and DIDN'T charged me $500 for his time like other lawyers I spoke with. He is friendly and made sure our paperwork are done right. He hooked us up with a notary service that doesnt charge much. Thanks Atty. Carrigan for taking care of us!
