They always go the extra mile for me and my family. Even when I haven't had the money....they allowed me to charge. I would always recommend this pharmacy.

I felt very rushed. They could work on improving their level of customer service here. It wasn't the worst that I have seen, but overall I left unimpressed. I know that they have a lot of clients here so I understand that they many not remember my name every time. They don't treat their clients equally at all, and only make time for their favorite clients. If they didn't know me they didn't make time for me. I couldn't believe how great their office looked. It was very obvious that they took pride in the office's appearance. It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen. While visiting relatives in Benton, one of my children came down with the flu. Our hosts recommended Smith-Caldwell for advice and medication. We were impressed by the staff’s caring attitude and by their knowledge of products to treat our son’s symptoms. We went away feeling assured about our son’s comfort and quick recovery. I wish we had had a pharmacy like this in our town.
