I brought in my 2019 Lincoln MKC for an oil change with 420 Four hundred twenty miles on it. *********************** submitted false report indicating the car had over ****** Sixteen thousand miles on the form he made out for service. I asked him to change it he said he could not. Said thats how many miles I would have if I had driven it more. He used that to tell me I needed front and rear brakes.
