The owner, Andrew, of Smith Built Construction LLC is great to work with. He worked with local codes and completed my project as we had discussed. He initiated communication to keep me up-to-date on my deck stairs project, which I greatly appreciated. Drew & his crew are thorough & keep a tidy job site. My project wasn't huge, but it was an important goal of mine. I'm thankful to have had such a capable, local company complete the work and will definitely use them again for future home improvement projects.
