Mixed experience. Scheduling was fairly easy, although the wait for an appointment can be a month or longer. The amount of paperwork required at the appointment was overwhelming and took nearly two hours; completing it electronically beforehand would have made the process much easier. The doctor himself was excellent—kind, thorough, and genuinely attentive to my daughter. He took the time to explain her results in detail and gave us helpful guidance for supporting her at home. i highly do not recommend. him and his receptionist belittled me and talked to me like a child. just drive an hour to shreveport instead of dealing with this guy and his receptionist.

Though it did take a fairly long time after the referral was made, I was warned ahead of time that getting in for this type of evaluation took a while. The testing tasks 4-5 hours and there are a very limited number of doctors who perform these evaluations. Dr. Smith put me at ease, listened to what i had to say and did not dismiss my concerns. He expressed concern for my comfort. He was very thorough and went over the results with me before I left.
