i highly do not recommend. him and his receptionist belittled me and talked to me like a child. just drive an hour to shreveport instead of dealing with this guy and his receptionist.

Though it did take a fairly long time after the referral was made, I was warned ahead of time that getting in for this type of evaluation took a while. The testing tasks 4-5 hours and there are a very limited number of doctors who perform these evaluations. Dr. Smith put me at ease, listened to what i had to say and did not dismiss my concerns. He expressed concern for my comfort. He was very thorough and went over the results with me before I left.

I was referred to Dr Smith by my PCP for an evaluation. I received a voicemail today that I needed to call the office to schedule the appointment and was given their office number. Upon returning the phone call to make the appointment, Angela answered the phone and when I told her that I had received a voice mail telling me to call and schedule my appointment she immediately starting began speaking rudely to me and saying that she was not finished with my referral and that she was a one man show and would get to it when she ... read more

Dr. Smith was absolutely wonderful and I was able to get past my nerves. He made me feel at ease and was encouraging when I was being hard on myself. I absolutely would recommend him to anyone. His kindness was very much appreciated.
