i highly do not recommend. him and his receptionist belittled me and talked to me like a child. just drive an hour to shreveport instead of dealing with this guy and his receptionist.

Though it did take a fairly long time after the referral was made, I was warned ahead of time that getting in for this type of evaluation took a while. The testing tasks 4-5 hours and there are a very limited number of doctors who perform these evaluations. Dr. Smith put me at ease, listened to what i had to say and did not dismiss my concerns. He expressed concern for my comfort. He was very thorough and went over the results with me before I left.

I was referred to Dr Smith by my PCP for an evaluation. I received a voicemail today that I needed to call the office to schedule the appointment and was given their office number.
