Dr. Smith and his staff are the BEST! I have been a patient for many years as well as my children when they were younger. This man is amazing and is so personable. I have never had a "no call back" when I needed his advice. He has gone above and beyond to make my visits comfortable when I come into the office, which I am ever thankful for as I detest going to a doctors visit. I give this man and his staff the full 5 stars of quality!

Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. I arrived at my appointment 20 minutes late after driving through a severe rainstorm with my son. I explained what had happened to the office nurse, in return she was rude and unsympathetic. She told me she would check and see if Dr. Smith would still see my son. She returned saying he had already turned off his computer and was "heading out." My son has had an extremely sore throat for weeks and I was shoocked at how indifferent this woman was to a little boy who needed to be seen. I will never go back or reccommend them to... read more

I had a horrible cough, and Dr. Smith was able to accurately diagnos it as a bronchitis infection and get me the right treatment. Within 24 hrs. I was feeling better. He's very smart, very straightforward, and very trustworthy. His office staff is also warm and helpful.
