These guys did an excellent job on fixing my car. I gave one star review a couple months back, from work that was done 10 years ago but the crew that they have now is excellent would highly recommend them.
Best service and care! Everyone was helpful and went above and beyond to work with insurance and get my car fixed and back to me as soon as possible. The front desk was kind and helpful and walked me through talking to insurance. They responded to all of my questions. Repairs and service made my car look brand new. Highly recommend Smith Bros!
Great customer service. Needed a minor repair & they were fast, efficient & very accommodating.
These guys years back did a horrible job. On my front bumper, it failed after they convinced me not to replace it. And then blame me for it as if I bumped into something and did not realize they were still in business. I would not recommend them and their honesty be wary of them.
Great company to work with and very patient when the insurance company wants to be difficult. Just got my car back today and I am so happy with it. Great customer service all around!
