Very dishonest and poorly run dealership DO NOT give them credit card authorization. They will charge whatever whenever and won’t tell you what they’re actually going to charge you for. They are so disorganized they have called me and tried to get me to pay other peoples bills. Seriously. There is one person in their field service department, generally customer service and parts service is a show until you need actual assistance. We like to give Smith Bros. A five star review today.They were quick and efficient at coming and looking at our bobcat. Once he identified the problem, they transported it to their shop and repaired the unit in a timely manner. The men and women we spoke with along the way were extremely helpful and courteous. We are very appreciative of that!! My husband will definitely use them again and will recommend Smith Bros. Bobcat Service in the future.
