I made all the co-payments and additional payments as agreed and requested at the times when my dental works were completed this year. I have one of the best dental insurances (Delta). I have been traveling abroad a couple of months. My wife mentioned to me during our instant messaging yesterday that there were about $1,600 charges sent to my home address by the office. I do not know what happened. That sounds very absurd. I'll have to look at the bill when I'm back in country. This is very displeasing!!!
Dr. Smith is professional yet personable. He and his staff always make sure I'm comfortable and I know they always have my best interest in mind.
Dr Brian Smith has always been great with all of our family dental needs. Today he was able to get me in on the same day because I chipped my front tooth. He always has the highest level of professionalism as well as his great staff. I am happy I don’t have to go on vacation with a chipped front tooth.
Dr Smith has been my dentist for 25 years. A check up and fractured crown ( my fault) resulted on another visit to the office today. Dr Smith saw me on short notice to fix the problem. The office staff is not only friendly and professional but go the extra mile to make sure you and the work done and aftercare are second to none.
