My wife and I have been seeing Brent since early in his practice. I consider Brent not only as my doctor but as a true friend. He has always been there for me and I feel he has saved my life more than once by getting me the immediate attention (prescriptions, referrals, advice, tests, etc.) that I needed. I just can't say enough about how great he is and will continue to see him as long as he is practicing.
If I could give zero stars I would! Dr. Smith’s receptionist is very rude and disrespectful; she hung up on me twice in under 45 seconds just trying to schedule an appointment. Thank God there are other options in town. I will go somewhere else.
If you are going to answer phones for a living, let's be polite and not rude. Luckily for me they are not accepting new patients.
Dr. Smith has been my physician since early in his practice. He and his staff have always been kind, honest, and helpful. He has cared for me, my husband, my children, and many other family members. Any time I was in the hospital he was there checking on me, even if another doctor had performed my surgery or delivered my baby. He took time to visit with me early one Sunday morning, at the hospital, when my mom was critically ill. He is a true family doctor.
