My brakes needed done immediately and wasn't sure where to go. Found Jim Smith's company online and he told me to come right in, gave me a fast and honest estimate for my Fiat 500. He was very nice and told me even if I didn't go to him for business I had to get them done very quickly. Everywhere else I looked (Midas & Pep Boys) was overpriced and rude. Probably the best customer service experience of my 41 years of life. 5 stars is not enough!
So I went to pep boys to get my brakes fixed the other day, it was a waste of my time. They tried to replace all kinds of things and gave me a huge list of things that they needed to fix if I ever wanted my brakes to work again, and estimated my bill to be at least $1200. Needless to say, I was not paying that. Ended up hearing about Smith Brakes on market street from one of my customers at the bar. Jim is fantastic my service van needed brakes and he knew it's on the road all week comes in on Saturday and takes care of it. Straight shooting honest guy.
Got front and back brakes and rotors replaced this morning. Service was friendly, fast, and reasonably priced. I wasn't pressured for services I didn't need, and was told exactly what needed replaced for reasons of safety. They're straight shooters, which I more than appreciate. I'm glad my friend, Dan, recommended Smith's to me. I will most definitely do the same, as well as be a returning customer in the future. Thank you for the great service!
