Horrible customer service. Dishonest dealer. Joe Tallarida is a used car salesman. Prop up a boat and tell you it’s perfect and then tell you sorry about your luck after you bought it. Not willing to do anything about it.
Had them winterize my boat and stored it there so they could fix it before boating season was underway...They DIDNT even look at it first time out on the water was the same issues i had late last season so now my boat is at another marina waiting to get looked at and i missed out on a perfect boating weekend.....THANKS FOR NOTHING
Horrible service. They serviced our boat for summer. We put it in the water and it would not run. We had to take it out and haul it back to them. Said they would get to it on Tuesday. Stopped Saturday and no one had looked at it or more frustrating is that they did not know where it was. Would not go back there. Rude people. A phone call would have been nice.
I'm not sure what's worse their customer service or their actual workmanship. We've had the boat less than 1 year. When they store your boat and you purchase an oil change they have a 21 point checklist which apparently they don't follow. Included in their 21 point checklist is ensuring that the bellows are in proper working order. Apparently they don't really check the bellows as our boat sunk at the dock this weekend. according to our mechanic the bellows on the boat are the originals which means they were 13 years old.... read more
