We highly recommend you come and get your vehicle repaired here! We give it 5 stars because unfortunately we can't give more. We are backpackers and live in our van, we had our two back doors blocked forcing us to go through the front to go to sleep (hell for a self-contained car), we went to several garages and all told us that we had to remove the fittings inside the car, which was unthinkable for us. Wish I didn't have to tell. Unfortunately, someone backed into my vehicle so I was there for a damage assessment The staff was welcoming, friendly, and professional. They were very busy but I wasn't kept waiting long. After the assessment, they were able to fit me into a future time/date slot that suited and offered me a curtesy car as they would need mine for 2 to 3 days. So, though, I haven't had the repairs done yet. I'm still very happy with their customer service.
A big shout out to Tony Schrader. I wanted (another ) quote to fix the bottom sill on the passengers door of my car. It had obviously taken a bump and was coming off. This wonderful man went away and came back with tools and new clips and fixed it on the spot - no charge ! Thank you so much for this amazing service, I highly re commend this firm
Waited 6 months for an appointment for them to click a new bumper on and not bother buffing the scratches above the bumper
