You guys helped us out when we had an emergency before and we hoped to do business moving forward, but when I call to get a quote for a dental and anesthesia, I'm met with, pay us 35$ and we will give you a quote. Just give me your cost of blood work, dental cleaning, scrape and anesthesia etc. I'm not coming in there, handing you 35$ for a quote just to find out you may not even be competitive. Some of us dog owners don't have it like that.
