How could an engineering frim build a building in Centennial Co without the capability of free cooling. 26 years of facility management and I've never seem a mechanical system as bad as this one. This facility has no means of bringing in outside air for free cooling. At 35 degrees outside air temperature this buildings discharge air temperature is in the high 70's, and return air is above 80 degrees. What a horrible design!
