My initial contact with Smith Blacktop came as a result of a direct mail postcard. From the first conversation, customer service was excellent. Their job estimate was clear & comprehensive. Wendell and crew arrived at 7:15am as promised. Laid out rubber mats on concrete to protect it. These guys worked hard, not wasting a step. Driveway looks awesome and Wendell explained all the do's and don'ts when completed. Clean up was like they had never been here. Wendell's wife Diana in the office did an outstanding job of keeping in touch for scheduling. Highly recommended Smith Blacktop. Thanks all for a great job...Don
Called after receiving their mailer. After multiple weeks to get an estimate learned they are scaling down and now only do small two car driveways now.
100% rated. Crew was prompt arrival at 7am and worked hard throughout the warm day. Photos are attached. Perfect job for a difficult driveway.
