If I could give 1/4 of a star that would be still too much! Wouldn't honor warranty work after paying for the service before the work was actually completed.. Parts were stolen off my vehicle while in their parking yard waiting a year to be worked on and completed.. Which was actually never done. Had to take it somewhere else to be done right. So paid yet again. Lost$5k to these crooks plus my remote start, alarm system, fog lights and harness, window passenger switch cause was left open and snowed side my vehicle. They lost... read more

I brought my car in because it was leaking coolant pretty quickly. I needed a new coolant tank and hose. Right of the bat, Mike tried to charge me for two hoses, even though I had one of them replaced less than a year ago. I asked if he could top my freon off, and he decided to conduct other testing with dye to determine where a leak was, an extra charge of course, for what I'm not sure, I was not aware of there was even a leak before that.
