I have been using Joel and his team for years now , they have done everything from build my pride and Joy a 1986 VL turbo from ground up to servicing suspension upgrades and wheel alignments on my 2024 ford raptor , I even use them to service my commercial pressure cleaners , they take great pride and care in there work and i them to anyone looking for top quality workmanship , there’s no one I trust more with my engines then smith automotive
After owning the VL for many years and having a dream to restore the car and upgrade the engine, I finally found myself in a position to do so. This place and people are awesome. I took my BT50 to Mazda for warranty where the kid mechanic had no idea what he was talking about and couldn’t locate a squealing noise, he didn’t even check the brakes which is where I said it was coming from. I left and went to Joel and his team and within minutes they had found the issue and had it rectified. This is not the first time Joel and his team have helped me out and time and time again I’m very impressed with the service. I would definitely recommend to others.
Patrol went in for a service and full look over. Was told there was no urgency to replace anything. A week later took it back due to a weird noise. Was told it was just thrust bearing and wouldn’t be an issue (didn’t even out come to look at the car). A few hours later after leaving the mechanic the bottom end blew up and had to get it towed 2.5 hours home. Would definitely not recommend this place!
