im not family or employed by this company so this is my unbiased experience dealing with Smith Automotive. We had moms car in this shop for a check engine light ( purge valve flow) issue $700 fix . Their " courtesy " inspection found them $3000 more work they said car needed new coolant thermostat ( mom replaced with mopar part in April 2026. They said oil cooler was " leaking " ",although none reaching the ground ... They agreed to put the " bad parts in a bag and when the car was picked up rge failed to put the " replaced ... read more
