Professional and helpful service. Did a diagnostic on my wife’s explorer unfortunately it needed a lot of repairs so we ended up trading in the car for a brand new one. But they were very thorough on what needed replaced and what didn’t need repairs! Highly recommend them
Great place to do business with! Friendly customer service! Went in on Monday 15th of July @ about 2:30 pm with air conditioning problems. They checked to evaluate the problem and found out what needed to be fixed. I approved the job to be done. Since it was too late in the day to order parts they gave me a loaner and had it ready by the next day. I would recommend Smith Auto for service!
Zac was great to work with, and kept us up to date with everything. There were no surprises, except the job coming in slightly less than estimated. The quality of the work and the customer service were the best we have ever had in town. Will be back with any future auto needs. My family was able to enjoy our 1400 mile road trip with safety and confidence in the maintenance provided by Smith's.
