I had never used this facility in the past but I had some major issues with my vehicle and I needed to take it somewhere fairly close to home! I called at 7am on a Monday. I dropped off my car around approximately 7:30am. I was greeted by very friendly staff. I received a diagnosis and quote a couple of hours later. The mechanics at Smith are the best auto repair services I've found in the Pleasant Hill area. Their prices are always fair and I've received higher quotes from other shops multiple times. We had the transmission replaced on our Chevy Tahoe last year and haven't had any issues. They're also my go-to for oil changes. I highly recommend!
