Insurance company recommended Safelite. Waited 10 days for the glass. Finally called Fred at Smith Auto Glass. They not only had the window glass in stock but they completed the repair the next day. Wish we had called them first.

If you are about to use safelite and are paying out of pocket for a windshield replacement don't do it!! Smith Auto Glass had great customer service with an immediate call back after an online quote and easy scheduling. They also replaced it for a third of the cost and still offer a great guarantee.
