I was contacted by the dealership for maintenance and recalls, I'm sure they have someone sending out text messages and calling to generate income using their customer base which isn't a bad idea. I scheduled a 9:00 a.m. pickup, but no one showed up. After waiting until 10:30, I had to call and remind them.
